LILA LOVES IT ANTI-TICK SPRAY
Summer is Tick-Season and every walk bears a risk of infection due to tick bite for you and your dog.
The Anti-Tick Spray from Lila Loves It delivers a natural solution and minimizes the risk of a tick or parasite infection. The natural composition based on Chinese lemon eucalyptus is an effective alternative to conventional chemical sprays. The active ingredient Ciridol repels the parasites through its odour and thus prevents them from transferring to the host. Unlike chemical products, however, it does not poison the pest.
The tincture is easy to rub into the coat and skin and spreads well, moisturising without being greasy. It is also suitable for use on humans and horses to enable them to spend time in nature without worrying. However, it is not suitable for cats.
COMPOSITION:
- Water
- Eucalyptus Citriodora Oil Hydrated Cyclised: Essential oil of lemon eucalyptus. Rich in citriodiol. Citriodiol is a natural active ingredient from the group of repellents used to prevent insect and tick bites. It is an extract obtained from a species of lemon eucalyptus native to China. It is considered to be the most effective natural insect repellent and keeps them away with its scent.
- Caprylic/capric triglycerides: The mixture of medium-chain fatty acid esters is also known as "neutral oil" or MCT oil ("medium chain triglycerides"). Neutral oil is obtained from vegetable oils such as coconut oil. It is always used in natural cosmetics when skincare products need to be absorbed very quickly and not leave a greasy film on the skin. Neutral oil is the high-quality, sustainable alternative to cheap mineral oils and silicones. It is extremely well tolerated.
- Glyceryl Citrate/Lactate: an emulsifier based on vegetable oils and lactic or citric acid. The name refers to the components glycerine (glyceryl), citric acid (citrate), lactic acid (lactate), linoleic acid (linoleate) and oleic acid (oleate). In natural cosmetics, the emulsifier is always used when emulsions need to be quickly absorbed and moisturised.
- Glyceryl linoleate/oleate: an emulsifier based on vegetable oils and lactic or citric acid. The name refers to the components glycerine (glyceryl), citric acid (citrate), lactic acid (lactate), linoleic acid (linoleate) and oleic acid (oleate). In natural cosmetics, the emulsifier is always used when emulsions need to be quickly absorbed and moisturised.
- Polyglyceryl-4 Cocoate: a vegetable emulsifier. The name refers to glycerine and fatty acids of coconut oil.
- Glyceryl caprylate: Co-emulsifier based on various vegetable oils. Has a moisture-regulating and slightly moisturising effect.
- Polyglyceryl-3 caprate: Vegetable emulsifier. The name refers to glycerine and capric acid (fatty acid found in coconut oil, for example).
- Xanthan gum: Xanthan gum is a fermentation product based on natural microorganisms. Xanthan gum is used to thicken care products and is very kind to the skin. It has a moisturising and non-irritating effect.
- Sodium hydroxide: a pH value regulator of mineral origin
