Create Your Own Collar
Several hundred different collar variants can be customized with the configurator from SONNENBERG.BERLIN.
Our collars are made of a sturdy vegetable-tanned cowhide or buffalo upper leather and a softer lining leather. Both can be combined in color according to your own taste. Add to that the different colors of the seams. The personal collar is finished by metal parts made of brass or chrome.
All collars can be configured in different lengths and widths.
The equally individually configured leash from SONNENBERG.BERLIN fits perfectly with the finished collar. Our leashes come in three different widths.
Measurement recommendation
Please measure on the dog where the collar will later be located. To measure the circumference, we find our tape measure not to be too tight around the dog's neck. Leave two fingers space between the neck and the tape. Please compare the determined size with the check table to find the right size of the collar.
Our classic collars are handmade. There can be small distances of millimeters to the specifications given in the table. If you are with the determined circumference at the lower or upper limit of a collar range, please pick a size underneath or above. If you are not sure, or if you have a special request, please send us an email. We are happy to help you out.
Example: You have measured a circumference of 26 cm. This is the lower limit of the 35 cm collar. The 30 cm collar goes up to a circumference of 28 cm. Please pick the 30 cm collar for a good fit. If your measured circumference is 28 cm, this is the upper limit of the 30 cm collar. The 35 cm collar goes down to a circumference of 26 cm. Please pick the 35 cm collar for a good fit.
Please note that there are different tables for chrome metal parts and brass metal parts.

Material
- Upper leather: vegetable tanned cow or buffalo leather
- Lining leather: soft cow leather
- Seams: Stable, weather-resistant thread made of durable polyester
- Metal parts: High quality chromed steel or uncoated brass
Care and cleaning
Regular care of the product increases the durability. We recommend a high-quality saddle soap for cleaning and classic leather grease or leather oil for care.
Please also note that contact with water has a negative effect on the durability of leather.
Note
All of SONNENBERG.BERLIN's personalized collars and leashes are handmade, unique pieces. Deviations in the leather color, seams or metal parts are possible.
Due to demand, the production time for our leashes and collars is currently about 3 weeks.
