The delicacies from Sonnenberg`s EDELBEISS are produced in southern Germany. Only regional meat from good husbandry in the surrounding area is used. The pieces of meat are gently dried for up to 48 hours in a special process until there is only a very low level of residual moisture. If stored dry and at room temperature, the snacks can be kept for up to 13 months. No preservatives or other additives are used. We guarantee a one hundred percent natural product.
