The gluten-free potato flakes from Sonnenberg`s EDELBEISS are a very useful addition to pure and raw meat. The flakes consist of 100% freeze-dried potatoes, without any additives. Potatoes have a basic effect on the dog's organism and have a positive influence, especially on sensitive stomachs, and are very digestible.
Let the potato flakes soak in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes before feeding and then mix with the meat.
In the context of a biologically appropriate raw feeding (B.A.R.F.), a ratio of 80% meat to 20% vegetables is the most commonly used rule. However, this division should be adapted to the individual needs of your dog. The absorption of nutrients is facilitated by supplementing the meal with a good vegetable (e.g. linseed oil, rapeseed oil) or animal oil (e.g. salmon oil, cod liver oil). Since many BARF menus are made without the bones of the prey animal, the addition of calcium to neutralize the phosphorus in the meat is essential. A balanced calcium / phosphorus ratio is 1.3: 1.
Sonnenberg`s EDELBEISS feed supplements are produced in southern Germany. Only regional vegetables are used, if possible from organic cultivation in the vicinity. The products are gently dried in a special process. No preservatives or other additives are used. We guarantee a one hundred percent natural product.
